1. How does the sale work?
The sale is for ONE (11/25) day only, so get to shopping! Any qualifying item on the site is BOGO (buy one, get one free) Shop the exclusive deals by clicking here.
The discount is automatic and cannot be combined with other discounts and promotional codes at checkout.
However, we have a few sweet treats for qualifying orders and those of you doing the most :)
- Free shipping for US orders $35+ and $65+ for international orders
- All orders $30+ will receive our brand new Microfiber Sponge 2.0 automatically added in your cart at checkout for FREE
- All orders $45+ will receive brand new Microfiber Sponge 2.0, exclusive silicone sponge travel case and a $5 digital coupon (emailed to you for use on your next purchase and will be sent when your order is shipped) automatically added in your cart at checkout for FREE

2. Can I get a price adjustment for a past order?
Unfortunately, we're unable to adjust prices or refund the price difference for an order already placed, regardless of its shipment status. Due to the nature of the BOGO sale, we will not be shipping qualifying free items for past orders.
3. When can I expect my order?
We typically have a 3-8 business day processing time, but the window for fulfillment and shipment may vary due to promotional sales and a high number of orders placed. Additionally, we're unable to expedite shipping under any circumstances. If we have any issues with your order, we'll reach out via email!
4. Can I use a promo code with the BOGO sale?
The BOGO sale is automatic and any promotional and other discount codes will be rejected at checkout.
