All international orders are shipped by DHL unless stated otherwise. Please allow up to 72 hours for it to be scanned in by DHL and begin transit to you.
You can track your international package with this link https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/
While your package will be initially shipped and in transit with DHL, it'll ultimately be delivered by your local post office. Keep an eye out on your tracking link for updates. Your local tracking number will populate on the right-hand side (see photo). If there is a tracking number there, it means it was electronically received and is expected to be delivered to your local post office shortly.
It's not uncommon for tracking updates to pause for days or weeks at a time while it continues transit and processes through Customs for delivery.
Alternatively, you can use the e-commerce/transfer code that is used to identify packages internally when passing through DHL's hands to local carriers.
We hope you can understand it's not our intention for our customers to incur such long transit times and that we have no control over those. We appreciate your patience!
