Your order begins processing right after it has been placed. Because of this, we are unable to update or change any part of your order, regardless of its shipment status.
Occasionally customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, in the event that the package is sent back to us, we can offer a refund on the items.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after your package has shipped. Even if the order status is not marked as "shipped", your request might arrive in its "packing" stage which still prevents us from making any edits.
