Orders placed on our online store will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS within the US.
We ship all packages via USPS and you'll receive a shipment confirmation email along with tracking info once your package has been shipped. Tracking info may be unavailable until it gets picked up by USPS and scanned to begin transit to you.
Please note that due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us longer than usual to ship your order and process returns. During the holiday season, USPS takes longer than usual to deliver packages. We appreciate your patience as your tracking code will take longer to be updated once your order is shipped from our warehouse.
While we can't guarantee delivery times, please keep an eye on your tracking info for updates. During holidays and peak business times for the postal service, your package may incur additional days for delivery.
If we come across any issues (address cannot be verified or our system had issues capturing your payment) we'll reach out via email to correct these issues.
