We ship all international packages via DHL and you'll receive a shipment confirmation email along with tracking info once your package has been shipped. Tracking info may be unavailable for 72 hours until it gets picked up by DHL and scanned to begin transit to you.
Please note that due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us longer than usual to ship your order and process returns. As flights start to resume, orders might still get delayed depending on local countries' regulations.
Once your shipping process starts, your tracking code will get updated twice before it arrives at your home (no worries, you'll be able to access every single code in the same DHL link we send you). Please use the last code to track your package through your local postal office.
Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery and note we cannot expedite packages.
While we can't guarantee delivery times, please keep an eye on your tracking info for updates. During holidays and peak business times for the postal service, your package may incur additional days for delivery.
If we come across any issues (address cannot be verified or our system had issues capturing your payment) we'll reach out via email with links to correct these issues.
Additionally, depending on the country, local carriers will not request any signature or notify customers whether customs require them to pick the package themselves.
