Please note that all international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. These fees are NOT included in your order and/or shipping total as they vary from country to country and cannot be collected by us on behalf of other governments.
JUNOCO is not responsible for fees associated with imports. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient and JUNOCO cannot be held liable for any complications, delivery fees, delays, errors, or discrepancies between Customs and the Customs Declaration Form or your invoice.
If you feel you were incorrectly charged delivery fees due to an incorrect declaration form, please reach out to your local Customs office and present to them your emailed invoice with the correct quantity of items.
Depending on the country, local carriers will not request any signature or notify customers whether customs requires them to pick up the package themselves. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages within their home country's Customs system (via the tracking link provided). We advise being alert to avoid the package to be sent back or get stolen.
Should you refuse to accept your package or pay customs fees, please inform the carrier to send it back to our warehouse and upon receipt, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method.
In case the package ends up unclaimed, the package might get sent back to the warehouse or end up destroyed by the carrier. In case the package gets sent back, you'll get a refund for the goodies you ordered.
You will not be refunded your delivery fee under any circumstances.
